Three days ago ebay stopped letting me purchase shipping labels. I fill out the pertinent information for shipping like I’ve done with thousands before and the purchase button is greyed out. I’ve tried to purchase multiple items and it will not let me purchase the label. It allows me to put weight and dimensions in fine. Please help!!
Do you have enough funds in your ebay acct to cover the cost of the label? if not you need to choose another payment source and it will make the purchase button live again.
Ongoing problem... try bulk shipping, try deleting cookies, if all else you can buy labels from the USPS website (no discount) or Pirate Ship which I've never used but have in the arsenal.
