Hi community board.
Has/is anyone else experiencing similar?
Wondering if delays are due to volume during Holiday season or whether there is another reason.
While many items from different countries have arrived quickly; I am finding items sent through eBays international shipping program and via ePOST are not (2 months past) - US to UK
Bought from same seller several times before, earlier in the year without issue (so confident this is not a seller problem)
The tracking of eBay is unreliable and I have found ePOST (when phoned) to be unhelpful. Each seemingly blaming each other.
Its not the cost, but the items; eBay buying for some is about collectable, hard to find, limited etc. so getting a refund (although gratefully received) is last resort
Shared experienced or helpful suggestions are welcomed.
