eBay tracking

How does eBay track my package with their number? I was supposed to get a package with their tracking number but never received it. I took the number to USPS and they can't find anything with that number. I did a USPS tracking on line and it shows nothing.

It's not an "Ebay tracking number" it is a CARRIER tracking number. So if the item shipped USPS, yes check with them. If it was FedEx or UPS, you need to check with them.

How long ago did the item ship out?

We might then determine the name of the carrier, and assist you in the tracking.

If this was a sports card shipped with ebay standard envelope you can go to EasyShip tracking and possibly find something there

Item received nine days after eBay said it was delivered. Tracking starts with ESUS.........

Yup tracked the easyship. It worked. I still have no idea why it said delivered on the 12th and I didn't get it until the 20th. I had to give $0.39 postage due as well. Thank you for your help.
