eBay shipping is not working for me ~ getting a blank screen

I am getting a blank screen when I click on the ( paid - ship now ) button.

Worked yesterday morning and stopped working in the afternoon and I am still down.

Instead of going through the notification bell, go through your orders page and use the purchase label link next to the order. Does that work or do you still get a blank screen?

Yeah, I never use the bell. Half the time it doesn't work properly.  Its like they never updated its linkages.

Go straight to your order page instead.  You can use this link:

Just stop using the notify bell to get to places.

does not matter where I go I get a blank screen after I click "purchase label"

I have been here active for over 20 years, not my first eBay glitch

calling eBay in the morning e.s.t. sucks so I rely on this forum to get eBay to fix the problem

Try a different browser to rule out a browser issue.

Fire Fox was eBays fix years ago and that is what I have now

You can't really rule out a browser issue unless you actually try another browser.

It could be a problem with a particular browser type, browser version, browser cache, browser cookie, or an add-on in your browser. If the same problem crops up in the latest version of another browser, all those are much less likely (save for any add-ons used in both browsers).
