Anyone else getting this message after you click purchase shipping label?

Try another browser or use a private browsing window on your current browser to see if that gets you past the error. If it doesn't, then contact CS and ask them to add your account to ALERT14466 which i s the open tech ticket on this issue. You can use the chat link on the left side of this page:

Some sellers report that the message goes away when they try again later. Give it a few hours and try later. In the meantime, if you're up against your shipping deadline you can purchase a label elsewhere like pirateship.com or paypal.com/shipnow

I tend to close it all down and start over, just to make sure it hadn't already purchased a label..
