I shipped two different items to two different customers.
The packages went to the wrong customers accidentally.
I need to know how to get them to the correct people with the least hassle.
1. Should I refund them both?
2. Should I just ask them to cross-ship to each other (at my expense, of course)
3. Is it better to let eBay handle it - if so, how to I request that service?
4. Any other suggestions to get it done at least hassle for the two customers and for me?
5. I looked for a customer phone number to call to try to straighten it out, but can't find anyone to call at eBay.
Thanks for any suggestions from the group or from eBay to get it done.

Van---First off contact both customers and explain what happened. Then issue return shipping labels to your buyers at your expense. Once you receive the items back then purchase new labels (at your expense) and reship to the correct buyers.
I did this once before, only I did it on 2 International transactions, 1 going to the UK and the other to Australia. It was an expensive learning experience. Luckily both were repeat customers and very understanding. Good luck.
