eBay return shipping label

Ordered a smart watch that was faulty(wouldn't power) upon delivery.  Immediately filed for a return.  After 3 days I didn't get any response from the seller. I had eBay get involved and within an hour I had a message that said the situation was resolved and I would get a full refund after the seller received the product returned. eBay then sent me a return label, but when I try to print it it takes me to a page that says the case has been closed.  I'm not responsible in any way for the return shipping costs, so I'm weary of getting my own label and shipping the product, for fear that I won't be reimbursed for the shipping. Why would the link say to print label but there isn't any label?

It sounds like you need to give eBay a call. Click help and contact at the top or bottom of page.

Did you get your refund yet?

Maybe the seller decided it wasn't worth the cost to return, so they refunded you.

No refund. eBay stated I won't get. refund until the seller receives the product returned.

Seller does have "seller pays shipping" on their return policy -- but I thought eBay's return policy states seller is responsible for return shipping if item is defective?

No refund. eBay stated in the resolution email that seller would provide full refund once product is received/returned.

Is the label available in the resolution center? I’m guessing you tried through the email link.

There's the option to "Print Label" and "Add Tracking", but when I click "Print Label" I just get redirected to a page that says "The request is now closed".

Sounds like some sort of bug. If you haven’t been refunded, I’d suggest calling.
