It's an intermittent problem, 1st time it happened I thought there was a USPS system problem, but it just happened again. I'm not doing anything different, so it couldn't be a setting that I changed by mistake - anybody know what's up?

I'm a small seller, and each and every time before I purchase shipping I scroll down to confirm that it is for a label, and where the payment is coming from.

Is there a way there to indicate whether you want a QR code or a label? I believe that's what they were asking about.

Hi @monstersandwich . You choose your label format (printable label, QR code, or both) on the label purchase page before committing to purchase the label.
Are you using the classic website, the app, or the mobile website? I can offer more specific directions if you let me know which platform you're using to purchase labels.
That said, if you cannot print your current label, you can void it and purchase a new one.
-------
To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.
To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, eBay funds, etc) and the refund will appear in your account without an email notification.
Printed eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-refundable and cannot be voided.
eBay International Standard Delivery labels are not charged to your account until they are used, so there is no void option.

Yes........... scrolling down on the label purchase page allows for a choice of "Printed label" or "QR code" as well as the option to choose where the payment comes from.
Seems either could be inadvertently changed or changed by eBay.
