eBay gave US address for customer in France

I sold an item to a customer with an Erlanger Kentucky address however she just texted me and said she's in France and doesn't know what that address is and where is her item. I can't find any details about the sale now on my site. Just her name and feedback and stuff. When she sends me the picture of her PayPal receipt it's in French and clearly has a France address. However when I printed the label it also clearly had a Kentucky address. Can't get a hold of eBay and don't understand how this happened. PayPal website isn't even showing my eBay seller transactions so I'm lost as a new seller. Anyone have this problem before?

Seems that buyer is using eBay's international shipping. The address in Erlanger KY is the forwarder that will ship the item to end address. Your responsibility is to send to the address at the shipping label, they will take care of the rest. Buyer will need to claim to eBay for any problems between forwarder and her.

You used the Ebay Shipping Option.....(the easiest and safest way to ship international for the casual seller)

Go to your "Paid & Shipped" page in Seller Hub

Click the "Order Number/Detail" (blue link above the item title 00-00000-00000 )

On the order detail page you will see the address you shipped it to (Erlanger KY)......

next column at the bottom of the text is the link for the "Show Recipient Address"

Click that link and the buyer address should be displayed. (DO NOT SHIP TO is above the address)

That's the Ebay International shipping hub... you must have Ebay Global Shipping or Ebay International Shipping as your international option.
