Can some one please tell me how I get the USPS to deliver items after they accept, transport. and eventually lose my items I shipped. eBay seems to think I should be able to "command" the USPS to do what we pay for.
The eBay standard envelope is nothing more than a glorified PWE. Try shipping a NON-MACHINABLE eBay standard envelope. You may get an "accepted" scan and possibly the destination post office scan.... but hold your ass for the delivery scan. ONCE I ship it.... I have absolutely no control of what happens after that. SO....why does eBay feel the need to bang my seller rating and impose restrictions on my selling activity.
15 to 20 "items not received" may seem like a lot, but not when you shipped 3000+ items over that same time period.
