Has anyone encountered when you haven’t fill in a new address for “returns” they automatically use the FIRST address the account was created at that time?
I think this is a serious problem and EBay is abusing the system so that some returns go completely to an old address.

Yes
A few years I encountered this problem when i moved
I resolved it by deleting the old address on file so that the only address that eBay had was the updated "new" address

many folks are not aware that ther are actually 5 lines for addresses.
you can have quite a few distinct addresses and they each have a purpose.
changing one address does not change the others.it needs to be done in the correct place

Wait, so eBay is abusing the system despite you tried to defraud eBay by leaving them your old, invalid address even after you moved? And you also did that with your bills, etc?
