The Product team has confirmed that this issue is now resolved. Tracking events for impacted orders have now been backfilled with USPS tracking events.

On October 20, we experienced an issue affecting USPS transactions on eBay where tracking updates may not have appeared on eBay, even though they were visible on USPS public tracking.
If your transactions were affected, we will apply seller protections to these orders, including coverage for “Tracking uploaded on time and validated.”
