Is anyone else having issues with the tracking not updating for the eBay standard envelope process? I’ve used this process several hundred times without a problem but within the last week none of my orders are updating. They all just say “Tracking Number Provided” with the date and time I printed the label. My local post office can’t figure out what the problem is. They think it could be a problem at the sorting center. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem as people have been reporting, Ebay tracking status does not reflect what https://parcelsapp.com/en status is. I have contacted some of my customers to see if they received their orders. Some have others haven't. I have received positive feedback from some customers where Ebay tracking shows no movement since I shipped the order. I believe one of my customers is gaming the system. I started getting "did not receive the order" complaints, 4 from the same customer. All his orders were sent using Standard Envelope and all don't show them getting delivered or moving in the USPS system. So now I'm forced to refund him, I don't have the product the sale or shipping cost. I plan on filing a claim under the $20 refund policy. It's very simple for dishonest people to game the system when sellers have no complete tracking showing the order was delivered. I hope they investigate buyers who claim they didn't receive all the orders that were sent to them.

Called and added here, too! CS rep was able to get an appeal started for the shipments that are already showing up as late so that may work for you too if it isn't automatically resolved.

It looks like the tracking update problem might be resolved for newer orders. I have a couple of recent orders showing destination and out for delivery scans. Hopefully eBay goes in and corrects the older orders or at least the metrics.

In the future it may be best to simply wait for buyers to contact you first if there's an issue. Unless it's a REALLY trustworthy repeat buyer, messaging to ask if they received their item gives any dishonest buyer an advantage. Not sure if the buyer who's claiming items not received was messaged beforehand or not, but something to keep in mind.

Hey everyone, issue seems to have been resolved. My recent orders have tracking that's properly synced. Might want to check your recent orders to confirm.

Seems to have been short lived. Getting the issue again with a few cards that went out last week.

I'm experiencing this same issue with about 13-14 of my orders, I have sent out multiple cards with the eBay Standard Envelope and it shows up on https://parcelsapp.com/ but it's not updating on eBay's end.
