I have 6 of the eBay Standard Envelope labels that I printed on 5/26 - 5/29 and used the same day they were printed. None of the 6 have been charged to my account as of today, 6/23. I realize that there is a delay between the time I use them and when eBay charges me. Typically, I am charged once a week (on Wednesdays) for the ESUS labels that were printed the prior week. I was charged 5/26 for ESUS labels that I printed on 5/20 and also 6/9 for ones that were printed on 6/1, 6/3 & 6/7 and again charged on 6/16 for labels printed on 6/8 & 6/9. However, there were no charges on 6/2 which is when these 6 should have been charged.
I have spoken to eBay about this twice, but each time they tell me that the "standard envelope" department has not sent eBay those charges, so they cannot charge me. I asked , "How do I contact this department, so that I can move the process along?" The response was, "You are not able to contact them as they are in the back office of eBay. It will take 5-7 business days." Well, I have already waited 3 weeks and still nothing has been charged to my account!
All I want to do is close out my May accounting records, but these charges are still pending. How do I get this resolved?
