eBay Standard Envelope - Cant Generate Label

So we have been using the service for about 200-300 items.. I wake up this am and try to print tracking out and I continue to get this error : 

Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label.

Is the service currently down? I dont see any updates at all.

gotcha - well glad its not only me then ! seems like the labels are being scanned in as well.. interesting how the post office works.

Been having this problem off and on since they started the ebay "card" envelopes.  Tried different browsers and sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.  Was with online help and they could not resolve the problem.  It is a bug that they have yet to correct.

Restarting the computer doesn't help and maybe someone out there has cracked the code?

Had the problem, for the first time, this morning.  I haven't cracked the code, but I backed up and tried again.  All but one worked the second time.  One took four tries.  Hope I didn't get charged four times.

Can't print any labels between multiple browsers and I can't even do it for the 3rd party accounts I manage.

Been having the same problem off and on for two days. I was "ghosted" by a chat agent today - guess he couldn't figure out how to help. The agent on Saturday cleared my Label Activity and then it worked. On chat now with a different agent and she's not having much luck either. Thought it was my computer.....

Same problem here.  Been trying all morning.  

Even listed an item on this ID this morning for a couple bucks and had my daughter buy it so I had one to mess with without screwing up a real customer's shipping label.

Same issue here. Had the same problem on Saturday but worked after a couple tries. This morning I haven't been able to print out any standard envelope, only first class. Has anyone had any luck or does it seem like the system is down/overloaded?

I printed a few a couple hours ago... then got this error ... i have 30-40 more now that people have paid for this service....are their customer service chats or anything to help?

Having the same issue, hopefully it didn't charge me multiple times but I'm not seeing any charges so far.

BTW also tried the app on my iphone, and eBay standard envelope doesn't even come up as an option to ship a $6.99 card.

same here i only have 4 cards to ship though. i got one label to go through but now none will work. called ebay and the agent told me it is up to me to get the items shipped on time regardless if their label service is working or not. i explained to her that these cards sold for .99 cents and now i have to ship them first class package which costs around $3.00 a piece and i am losing money. she said that after i pay for the first class labels to call back and they "MIGHT" be able to refund me the difference between the first class package shipping and the ebay standard envelope rate.
