eBay Shipping?

I purchased a label through eBay shipping but it went into a non-ending loop (spinning circle) and so I had to back out of it and generated a label through PayPal instead.

Nothing was in my PayPal history immediately afterward but now I have a second charge with a payment eBay shipping for the same amount in my history this morning. I verified it on my credit card this morning (along with 7-10 other expired authorizations)  There is no link to void this duplicate, and it doesn't appear in the shipping label list on eBay. It doesn't seem to have carried over from PayPal.

Any idea how I can void this label and get my charge refunded?

That is correct. I have paid for it, clearly because it shows up on my credit card transaction history AND there's a tracking # available to me in PayPal.

But it doesn't appear in the shipment list you have linked and I also never received a payment e-mail from PayPal.

You are probably going to have to call eBay CS and explain in simple terms what happened, that you have a PayPal eBay shipping automatic payment charge with no corresponding shipping label page record, and that you either need eBay to void the label for you or just credit your account.

If that fails, you could dispute the charge on the PayPal transaction.
