eBay Shipping Labels glitch - Duplicate tracking numbers & label charges

For the past 3 nights when I print labels, everything works as normal; however, if I click on VIEW ORDER DETAILS or search the ORDER NUMBER in my shipping label history, both screens are showing 2 tracking numbers only 1 second apart with 2 charges from USPS.
It does not print 2 labels, nor do 2 labels show up in the shipping log, until each order is viewed or searched via the order.

I would have never known or caught this had a buyer not asked me what tracking # was correct since 1 said "in transit" and the other just said "manifest."

I have had to void over 60 labels now, and good thing there was time too, but how long has this been going on I wonder?

This glitch is getting worse. Tonight ebay generated 4 labels and 4 charges for every label printed. Unreal, what a mess. And again, the labels do NOT show on the shipping labels page unless searched by order number. They do show up in your charges and on the view order details page of the items. I'm seeing others on the board with this issue now.

Wow, this sounds like major glitch of some kind.  Lets see if we can get some help.
