Yes! Waiting it out hasn't worked, powering off my phone and restarting hasn't worked, uninstalling app and reinstalling latest version hasn't worked...I just went on there again to try and create a label and it is still not working. It's been going on since February 10th for me.
My experience is: once I press "Create shipping label" the page blinks and, either a notification prompt will pop up stating, "Ebay app has stopped working: wait, close app, or contact help support," or, it will just blink and take me back to the mobile app's items sold, paid and ready to ship page-- the previous page I had just been on.
I also went on the desktop version of seller hub and it was not a solution for me because I can't seem to navigate the page properly in order to create the shipping label with the specific shipping service and carrier that I want.
My temporary solution has been using Paypal Shipping. I'm not sure if you are familiar with this, but, assuming you have a paypal account, you are able to use this service for free. Don't bother trying to find the paypal shipping page by navigating through your paypal account ( It's hidden quite well using app and desktop ). Instead, in search engine, Google "Paypal shipping label link." Going this way has been the ONLY way I have been able to find it. Then, bookmark link so you can easily go back to it again to conplete another sale's transaction. You will be able to print the label from this page--you may have to choose to "allow" or "open with" an app; but, it will work smoothly after you have it set up.
I have experienced receiving the same discounted shipping rates that I am offered using Ebay's shipping service. Once the label is created, go back to the sold page in the app where you would normally go to create the label. Instead of "create label", click on "Mark as sold". Then, "yes" to entering tracking info now?", then, scan label's barcode and the tracking will update as it should. ( you can also manually enter tracking number)..
It's annoying because: why is it not working? and, I really don't feel like having to contact Ebay over the phone and deal with a possible hassle.
I'll continue to use paypal shipping and check in on the app to see if it has started working again. Eventually, I will go ahead and contact Support if this continues and really starts to drive me nuts.
