Terrible service. Honestly this is the last time I’m shipping in this **bleep** company. I I’ve been waiting on my money for two days while the customer already has there item in their possession. He thank me and told me how good the device is.
I called support, one of the dumbest **bleep** bots in all companies. Took 5 minutes to get connected to someone who immediately hung up on me. After wards I had a lady who helped me, she didn’t do nothing practically and said they couldn’t do nothing about it. So right now, my item has not been marked for delivered. My funds are hold still while the dude is enjoying the phone he bought of me. On top of that, the fees I’ve gotten has made this so infuriating.
