Its 2020, 25 years after eBay was founded, and eBay executives still don't know its beneficial to list books in categories pertaining to books rather than a book category.
Let me guess, media mail won't be an option when I need to print a shipping label.
Or have you fixed that yet?
You haven't fixed your API warning messages yet!
Maybe we will get lucky after another 25 years, assuming eBay is still kicking then considering how much it has fallen in less than 20 years.

I believe that that is just a standard FYI warning, you should still be able to send it media mail.

If you listed books in the books categories then you would not have that problem.
If the buyer is looking for a book about the subject, they will find it.

If you want to ship it Media Mail, it has to be in a category that qualifies for Media Mail.

so do sellers who list magazines which is a sub-cat in Books get that message? If not then eBay should be taking the magazine category out of the books and give it its own place.

I don't know if they get that message or not.
I agree, magazines shouldn't be under books.
