eBay, if you're going to send me a return request and I have a 30-day return, don't send me a return request that is past 30 days. More important, show me SOMEWHERE on the return request page when the buyer received the item. Otherwise, I have to cut the item title, go to 2 other pages, paste the item title and click on the listing link and details to see when USPS delivered it. How can a company come up with so much of nothing with seller hub, but can't put a simple link in a return request?
