I recently received 2 sales from different countries, 1 from Puerto Rico and 1 from Brazil, I am currently enrolled in the Global Shipping Program, however, eBay is showing me the CUSTOMER'S address instead of eBay's international shipping center address in Kentucky for GSP. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

The gsp doesn’t ship to PR because it is considered domestic shipping. I checked one of your recent sales and US Protectorates were not blocked on that one.
I’m assuming that the buyer in Brazil hasn’t paid yet? The gsp does not ship all items to all countries so if you are seeing the Brazilian address the gsp won’t ship that item there. If that’s the case there would be no shipping cost listed so the buyer won’t be able to pay. You will probably want to cancel that transaction using the reason that there is a problem with the buyers address.
To prevent a listing from showing a country that the gsp won’t ship to you need to set your preferences. Go to site preferences — buyer requirements and check off to block buyers who have a primary address in a country that you don’t ship to. Then apply the setting to current and future listings.
