do I have to check the "calculated" box??

Cost Type:  I chose CALCULATED

Then, I added the two shipping services I am offering.

Underneath is the question:

CALCULATED SHIPPING RULE with a check box.

wt heck is THAT?  If I do check it, does it undo what I already chose?  If I don't check it does it not allow calculations?

you can add a "handling fee" to those calculations which 

a.) may include the box/tape/bubble wrap- what ever you want

b.) the 13% final value fee that ebay collect out of your pocket

What is MOST important; is that you have the Dimensions and Weight listed.
