I ordered a neo bar light from a seller in China. My order has my correct name and address in Shipping Info. section. Supposed to be delivered 12/23 but was notified it was coming early. Received "Delivered" notification on 12/9. My shipping address is in WA state, the delivered to address is Lake Forest, CA. Fed Ex is no help, just confirmed what I already knew from tracking info. Ebay auto assistant NO HELP! Just kept telling me your package was delivered. I went thru the help process online, selected the item I needed help with, they contacted the seller (so they say) and the only response (automated, I'm sure) was "your package was delivered" I KNOW THAT, BUT DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. How can I actually talk to someone at EBAY??? So frustrated as this is a special gift for my son.
