Ebay has given me a defect for an item they claim had no tracking number but I shipped it via Ebay shipping and the tracking number and tracking data/delivery is stated. With no customer service anyway is there some way to refute the defect. Thanks

Are you sure you aren't getting dinged because you didn't validate your tracking within your handling time?
If the first scan is after your handling time then you failed to validate your tracking.

There's a difference from no tracking number and not getting scanned.
Did you get the package scanned within your handling time or just dropped it off and it got scanned some time later?
