I have a set of pottery china listed as 4 of each plus a few accessories individually. The buyer bought the whole set, YAY! However, they combined shipping and eBay charged them the entire weight but in a very small box! Can I revert back to labeling each individual box?

Yes you can, but you can also correct the box dimensions if you'd rather purchase a single shipping label for the whole lot. Even with larger dimensions, it might work out cheaper than 4 separate shipments. Try it both ways.

did the buyer pay full price on the shipping? like 80 ish dollars? if so i bet you come out way ahead even if the box is larger.

Several items sold separately is a big win! Nice!
I don't like to ship everything together, sometimes....an issue on one will be an issue on everything.
If you do mail everything in one box...make sure you put the same tracking number on every item sold...not just the box. And you can always do a refund on any shipping discounts which I seen to do every week these days. And thus I sometimes get a negative in 'available funds'.
Discount refunds will come out of 'available funds' in seconds...not in processing.
You probably know all this...so maybe it might help other sellers.

Yes ebay combines weight but it does not adjust box size like it should, you may issues with DIM measurements. I wonder why they don't have add inches for sellers when making listings, buy 4 items box size goes up 2 inches with combined weight something like that.

I spoke to an agent and she helped me print 5 labels so I just had to figure out how to fit the whole order in 5 boxes. I was able to do that and came out ahead by about $3. Thanks for your help! great to have a community.

That would be a great idea! It would not be so bad if they were trinkets or clothing but, dishware? heavy and bulky, I got an agent to help me and figured it out.
