combine shipping international

this has been a problem for me the combine shipping especially international buyer. i did send them the things to do like REQUEST TOTAL  and more but they said its not working.  any suggestion & HELP!!

Do you have combined payments & shipping enabled in your shipping preferences?

If you don't, buyers can't request a total.

I do combined international shipping all the time, often  over a couple weeks with auctions only

I can always send a combined invoice.

buy it nows and cart problems with discounts can mess this up...combining shipping or sending a new invoice can be tricky

Shopping cart doesn't work properly. Lots of my buyers can't request total even though I have combined shipping enabled. (It's a bigger problem with international buyers). Most just message me they want combined shipping and can't use the cart and I manually send out a combined shipping invoice.
