Hello,
I'm a complete beginner on Ebay. I'm going to sell the first item. Can I choose a shipping service other than the ones on the Shipping details page? FeedEx, USPS and UPS are not readily available in my country. Even if the customer ordered the goods abroad, it would be much easier for me to use couriers such as Mail Order, DHL, PPL. Is it possible?
Thank you for answer!

These shipping options are set up for sellers in the United States, not the Czech Republic. I don't know how to answer your question. Maybe a responder who also does international shipping can help you. We are a group of Ebay members, not Ebay personnel. Sorry.

You don't have to use ebay for printing shipping label.
You can use Czech postal service. They may already have an option to print shipping labels online. In such a case, you would print the shipping label (it should also contain the customs declaration) and bring the parcel to your local post office branch. Here is the link to international parcels:
https://www.ceskaposta.cz/en/sluzby/baliky/zahranici
There is DHL in the Czech republic, you can also use them instead of Czech post:
https://www.dhl.com/cz-en/home.html
You can also use UPS:
https://www.ups.com/cz/en/help-center/contact.page
Each site allows you to calculate the postage price. For Czech Postal service here:

I do think that the least expensive way to send a parcel from CR abroad would be using Czech Post (Cesku Postu)

If you scroll down that list...you may need to click on 'see more' there will be list showing you choice for standard, economy or expedited 'shipping from outside of the US' That is what you would use on your listings when you are setting up shipping for the US. Those are generic terms so you would use whichever shipping service you choose.
For shipping to other countries you would choose the generic standard, economy or expedited 'international shipping'.
