hi,  I need help, A buyer bought an item from me, and i faced an issue when i tried to ship the item to him, so i had to cancel the order, and now the problem is fixed , and i want to send him the item , he still hasn't replied or confirmed the cancellation request, so any idea on what should i do ,thanks in advance.

You can't uncancel your cancellation.  Sorry but that ship has sailed.

When your cancellation is complete, you can re-list the item.

As noted, you can't undo what you did. You are probably best served not trying to sell the item to the other buyer just because they already had a bad experience with you and it might lead to more problems for you down the road. Better to just relist it once everything is settled out and wait for another buyer.

Do make sure you review eBays selling policies so you can mitigate future issues as a seller.
