I have a customer who wants to cancel their order after i printed the shipping label.
I just cancelled the label now how do i cancel the order to get my final value fee back?
Because I already printed the order ebays sent a message to the buyer that the order can't be cancelled because it already shipped, but i had not shipped the order at that time. Should i just give the refund and forget the final value fee or is it anyway of doing the cancellationwith ebay?
