this is the message I keep getting:

Error creating label: Sorry, something went wrong and we could not work out the reason. Please try again later.

everything was working fine but now no labels will print.

anyone else having this problem?

I was able to print one this morning but then I get the same thing. Also I can't issue a refund that came in yesterday.

Having the same issues, also cannot print them from Paypal. Using a 3rd party service (SHIPPO) which seems to work (although the price of the labels is a little higher than if I would use eBay shipping)

It says on the label page:

Same here, I think it's a PayPal problem that's causing this.

My friend is having the same issue and asked me what to do? I suggested that he report the issue to eBay. It has been my experience that if an issue is brought to eBay's attention they at least look into the issue.

Social media worked for me. I got an answer and resolution fairly quickly to an issue I had.
