can't click eBay Money Back Guarantee case

Hi,

I bought a shoes and the seller sell me fake one and had make a case and the seller finally want to refund and have initiate the refund but paypal inform me that the refund didn't went through and i have to contact the seller.  Had contact the seller but never reply and i want to make eBay Money Back Guarantee case but i can't click the button (as screenshot that i attach)

What should i do? i have email ebay but still no answer and i'm not from US

It tells you on the screen shot you provided.  

It says that the seller has initiated the refund and it may take up to TWO DAYS for it to process/clear.  

That is why you can't open the case yet.  You are blocked from doing that because the seller has started the refund process which takes a couple of days.  If after a couple days, but before August 9th as the instruction on your screen shows, you should then open a case.

Unless you have a different message from PayPal that states the refund failed, then you just have to wait.

The message you show says that the refund is pending, not failed.

You need to check it tomorrow, you can probably ask eBay to step in and help at that point as your 2 day wait time would be over. But be sure to ask them BEFORE the 9th as then you'd be too late and would have to go through other avenues would could get harder to do. You are protected by Paypal as well for 180 days and if all else fails and you paid via credit card you could always go that route. But I would first ask eBay to step in and assist tomorrow or the next day at the latest if the funds aren't available in Paypal or there is at least a pending transaction. Remember do not let it time out and chose for eBay's help before August 9th.

Then you need to watch the page you posted a screen shot of in your original post.  Check it tomorrow and see if you can then open a case.  If not tomorrow, then maybe on the 4th.  If by the 4th you still can't open the claim, then call Ebay.  That would be your only choice at that point.  You could even call Ebay tomorrow to see what they say about this mess.

OP did not open a PP case.

And if you had opened a PP case, you cannot go back to open an eBay case.

@stuff4divas You can’t open an eBay case after you’ve opened a PayPal case.  I don’t think he opened a PP case anyway,his screen shot shows an eBay case. And he never mentioned PayPal

Because I have EXACTLY the same problem. Check my picture! Even the amounts and dates are similar!

My refund was initiated on Monday 30th of July and on Friday 3rd of August I got the paypal message that the refund didn't go through. It has been 5 days since the refund has been initiated and the button to open a case is still deactivated so I can't do anything! There is no other way that I can find to open an eBay Money Back Guarantee case and the days are counting down!

Did you solve your problem? I have contacted ebay customer service but no one has replied to me yet.

This is just a crazy problem the two of you are having.  It must have something to do with you guys having an international account.  I'll tag Ebay and hopefully by Monday someone will pop in to help the two of you.
