So I listed a pair of shoes for sale, some Jordan 4s KAWS. And I out in the description that I couldn't verify the authenticity of them which is why I had the listing at $65. The buyer asked for pictures at certain angles with my username attached in the pic, which I gladly did, I even told him the box was damaged. He said to ship them and send him more pictures, I didn't send more pictures but shipped them that morning. Now he says that he is sending me the shoes back, and is having me banned from eBay! I did everything that he asked for, he acknowledged that the box was damaged and still asked me to ship them out. Bc I had no returns accepted and complied with all his requests, do I have to accept the return and if so am I responsible for the cost?

So why is he returning them? Did he open a case?
Anyway, even if you have "no returns" the buyer can return the item under "not as described" which also includes non-receipt.
If they open a case of not as described then you will have to pay to ship them back and then fight with eBay for your money back for the shipping return or you can communicate with the buyer and try to get them to ship them back on their dime if you think you are right. If you click "accept the return" you are dead.
Sometimes, with the new returns policy of eBay, if they open a case they immediately get a return shipping label and you pay for it. Also when a case is open, your funds will be on hold until it is resolved.
Don't ask eBay to step in or you will lose.

You don't have to accept the return, but you are responsible for the full refund even if you don't accept the return, and you have to pay for the return shipping if you want them back.

It really doesn't matter if you did everything right if Ebay gets involved they always side with the buyer every time. Ebay is terrible at protecting sellers.

I sell Clothing on Ebay. There is a large amount of Counterfeit Clothing on the market. Lacoste and Ralph Lauren are heavily counterfeited . My rule is if I have the slight feeling that the item may be counterfeit, then I will pass. It just isn't worth the time or aggravation.

You couldn't verify authenticity, which means you should not have sold them. Ebay can ban you for selling fakes. If they are saying they want to return due to them being fake, you have no choice. If they want to return for a damaged box, you have to accept the return as well. You just need to hope they send you back the same shoes you sent out.
