buyer made false claim on defective dvd

buyer claimed a dvd froze on him with 5 minutes left. stated in messages he used a computer, blu ray and PS4. I asked him to use a regular dvd player since it is a regular dvd. he refused and filed a return. I accepted and got it back and it plays flawlessy all the way through. Ebay said it is a remorse purchase but since i have item back what are my options?

Refund then relist the item.

You have to refund. Why would you think there are other options? Refund the buyer, block the buyer and then relist!
