What company is the best to use when it comes to shipping. I've been using USPS but seem to pay alot for shipping. i now have the buyer pay for shipping and now have no gotten 1 sell. UPS seems to be fairly cheap and less of a hassle picking the shipping method.(priority,1st class etc...)
What do you think?

How many ounces are in your canned items? I ask because I don't see where you note that in your listings or titles. Buyers would find that useful information.

Thanks for noticing that. it is 0.0008ounces per can
You should state that, but I would elaborate a little more as that may make some think they aren't getting much. They may not realize how light the herbs are. So I'd say the ounces per can but also give a cup equivalent. Like is is .0008 Oz per can or 1 cup of herbs. Something like that, whatever is appropriate.
BTW, you shipping prices look much better. Good Job.

First ... do you have a shipping scale? If you do not ... get one. Don't guess, you will be wrong, trust me 😄
Anything under 15.999 ounces can ship USPS First Class Package
Anything under 70 lbs and less than 1 cubic foot can ship Priority Mail.
Use calculated shipping.
Enter the weight of the fully packaged item and the dimensions of the box into the listing.
The buyer will be charged the correct amount for their location.
When you go to print the label, you can then choose if it is cheaper to ship using a Priority Mail Flat Rate Box or Envelope (or a Regional Box) or Regular Zoned Priority Mail.
You can schedule free pickups from USPS online.
You can order free Priority Mail Boxes and envelopes online from USPS.com.
They have flat rate and non-flat rate boxes available in lots of sizes.
Regional Boxes are a different breed of thing ... but they can be very cost effective on an Item weighing over 2 lbs that happens to fit in the box 🙂
You can use your own boxes and envelopes to ship Priority (non-flat).
Don't try to get fancy with your shipping rates or free shipping until you get the hang of what box/how much ... keep it simple and just use the calculator 🙂
Oh my!!! so much of this is just wrong.
CORRECT that anything under 15.99 ounces can ship First Class Parcel.
NOT CORRECT Over 1 cubic foot to zone 5-9 will have a surcharge but with limits can ship Priority.
Regional Rate boxes come in 2 sizes, they are a good value IF using RR'A' your package weighs over 2#, For RR'B' they are a good value if your package weighs over 5#.
