If instead of posting here about the rip off sellers and almost impossible to get refunds everyone needs to complain to your consumer protection department. Of course we must wait for the government to reopen but a flood of complaints would get some action. If you actually manage to get a refund (26 emails so far) they let the seller go no ripping people off, and to add insult to injury they award them a top seller medal.

Without any specifics on the situation you are in, it is hard to know what your best approach may be. If you have a moment, if you could tell us more details, maybe some of us here could help.

What are you trying to say?

If you're filing MBG cases, you should be getting refunded, unless you're doing things wrong.
Then again with the number of bad feedback and soft positive fb, you might consider the fact that eBay will toss you out of the money back guarantee program....

Ebay has the most stringent buyer protection program on the net..but since you buy a lot of inexpensive items from China, you can expect a lot of fakes..you get what you pay for.

And why would you send twenty six emails to get a refund? Ebay is a self serve site, simple enough to file for a refund in the Resolution Center.
