If it is the proverbial "nickel and dime" item it is probably not a big deal. But once the price starts to rise you are at risk.
Unless you ship it to the address on your eBay/Paypal screen they can claim they never got it and you will be backcharged the total amount.
If you have even the slightest doubt,
Contact your buyer and tell them you have to cancel the sale and they should re-buy it with the correct address. That you can not change it.
First, open the sales ticket and scroll down to the shipping information and click "void" to get a refund from the post office. (it will take a week or so to get the money back, but you will get it).
Then, once that is done, cancel the sale with the reason "there is something wrong with the buyer's address". That way you will NOT get a defect and you will get your FVF back.
Truth be told I have made the change on fairly inexpensive items and not had a problem. Usually it is either that they moved or they are sending it to a relative as a gift. But as it gets more expensive the risk increases as well.

MAKE SURE the message is from the buyer and not another user. If this is a popular mid-to-high end item scammers will try to scam you to divert the purchase to a different address, then you are on the hook when the original buyer doesn't get the item.
As the poster above stated, if it's inexpensive AND the zipcode is the same then there's not a lot of risk to cancel the label and print one with the requested address. Otherwise offer to cancel the sale and relist so the buyer can purchase with the correct address. I usually send a message along these lines:
Hi,
Please be aware that changing the address on a shipment will void some buyer and seller protections offered by eBay and Paypal. The recommended procedure by EBay is to cancel the listing at your request and then you may re-purchase using the updated address at checkout.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
If the buyer does not respond by the shipping date, either ship to the original address or cancel with "problem with buyer's address". Keep the message requesting the address change in case eBay questions the cancellation (rare).
