additional Shipping charges

Hello Everyone,

Buyer didn't input his apt # in his address, Item was returned to me, buyer is aware of his mistake and wants his item shipped back to him. The question is how do I go and charged him the additional shipping ? I don't see that option thru ebay or PayPal.

Thanks

Re: additional Shipping charges

eBay does allow buyers to give sellers their email address (and vice versa)  once they are already in a transaction.

Please see here it says contacting one another outside of eBay is strictly prohibited. You could lose your account.

Re: additional Shipping charges

Thanks and yes I contacted eBay this morning and they told me the same thing. Thanks for all the help but I believe eBay and Paypal should make this easier for the sellers
