Hello.
I sent an item and the buyer received it broken. He asked me to fully refund him. And he told me to go to fix the matter with the company i shipped it.
I fully refund him from day one.
Today i went to shipping company to report it. They told that is not there matter because the package was intact. The item indide was broken. They told me buyer is responsible by the time he opened the case. He must report his delivery service.
Anyone has any idea what should i do??? And what is the Policy generally?? Do i have any insurance from somewhere or cover???

Who is your shipping company?
USPS and UPS will nearly always refund either partial or in full...

Only if you paid to insure the package.
They already told you they were not going to cover it, so there isn't anything you can do.

I shipped it with ELTA national Greek company. I have insurance on it. Supposed to.
