Zebra label printer frustration

Recently bought a ZP-450 as I had used on at work and am semi-familiar with them. I have read EVERY forum thread on installing this printer. I have all the correct drivers and printing preferences however every single label comes out in a shrinked format only covering 1/3rd of the label, and always in a different location. Could this be a faulty printer? I know the printer itself works because during width calibration it prints across the entire page.....

Any input? I just spent 6 hours reading forums,messing with settings, etc. No matter how many times I set the default size to 4x6 nothing helps...

Are you able to call Zebra support? When I purchased mine and had a problem, searching didn't help me either. I finally phoned Zebra support and the issue was quickly resolved.

Called Zebra, they werent much help. I spent all night looking for solutions and now that I have exhausted them I think I will just sell it to someone more tech savy considering I know it prints.

hi, i'm going to put a link in to the support from ebay store i got a zebra lp2844 from recently.  i tried everything i could think of and the steps you noted ... nothing... went back to him, he gave me a link and ......... niceeeeeeeeeeeee.  printer was an old ups zebra ...

actually will give you the entire email ... just look around, the 450 info should be close to it

... the zp450 driver is there.  just for giggles i watched the videos b4 i installed the drivers on that page.  the drivers install went great using the links on that page also. very informative.  the ebay seller i got the msg from was very helpful and so was his staff.
