Hi,

I'm trying to reply to a seller's message regarding a return, but I can't seem to reply to the message without getting an error that says:

You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/rtn/Return/SendMessage" on this server. Reference #18.86f78dcc.1500402177.758256c6

I tried it repeatedly, no luck. I cleared my cache and cookies, no luck. No clue what to do at this point.

Stop fussing with it: Just escalate the request to eBay customer support as soon as the ask eBay to step in link appears in a few days.

I contacted support and there was nothing they could do. They said it was a technical problem that should go away within a day.
