Charged 31 dollars in fees on my monthly invoice for just 2 items shipped internationally, & no explanation on the invoice other than its a fee. **NOTE I looked at the last 7 months worth of invoices, & March (newest invoice) is the only one with this "Shipping fees" on the invoice, so PLEASE dont tell me "final value fees" is the reason because this is the 1st time I've EVER seen this on a monthly invoice. Ever..

It sounds like the USPS Automated Package Verification, where they bill you if they deem you underpaid or overpaid (credit) on postage. What did it say next to the charge?

It says "international delivery label fee" xample: I put the weight on one of them as "1 to 2 lbs" and I know the weight was correct but still got charged 18 freaking dollars for that one. I will stop selling international if this is the new norm. Its **bleep**

When you printed those labels, did you use ebay international standard delivery? When you do use that service, the labels aren't charged when you print them, they are put on your invoice once they have been scanned at the international shipping depot. It looks like you specify first class international on your listings but I've heard that the label sometimes defaults to ebay's international program so you may not have noticed that at the time.
