I ordered an item for 400 dollars and had a bad feeling about the seller after looking into their profile. A few days go by and I receive a message saying that the sellers account has been deactivated due to shady activity. So I file a claim that my package has not been sent. All of the sudden I receive a message that my package has been shipped and should wait a few days to receive it. I checked my packages status today and it said delivered, and its nowhere to be found. I called the post office and they confirmed that the package was delivered but the label had someone else's name and address on the package. The sent me a photo and the info for the package that was delivered as proof that the address that was provided by the seller was incorrect. Will I be reimbursed for this? It was $400 sonim very nervous about this. Also the photo of the package does not match what I bought so I assume this is a scam.

Pictures prove nothing in Ebay's world. But if the tracking shows it was delivered to an address other than your registered address with Ebay then I am pretty sure you can file an item not received and win the case for a refund.
