Wrong item sent return address is different

Hi,

The item I got was not what was pictured, I accidently hit the refund button and asked where to send it back but when I saw what the address was it was based in China when it was described being shipped in the states. I don't know if Ebay will get me through this or I will end up going through paypal in the end, Ebay really needs to put a stop to these scammers.

you need to file an item not as described case..at Ebay..then the seller is responsible to pay return shipping..and to his registered return address..sounds like he is drop shipping from China.
