I recently purchase a FedEx shipping label via eBay shipping. Last night my customer informed me that his packaged was not delivered to him in Maine, that the tracking info states it was delivered somewhere in New York. I have never had the shipping info print incorrectly on a label generated by eBay but with the recent change that took place on the purchase shipping page, maybe a couple of wires got crossed.
Of course I called FedEx only to be told I would have to contact eBay. Now the thought that maybe this customer changed his shipping address after I printed the FedEx label did cross my mind, but of course, as of last night, I could only access and view label created after the 18th, I created this label the 16th. So, eBay can only answer that question. The customer, a member since 2001, is in good standing with eBay and apparently has done a good amount of sales in the past so he should be familiar with the system.
I am hoping to get some feedback here seeing that I am unable to contact eBay direct for help on this unusual circumstance.

You can go to your Shipping Labels under Selling and view all labels that you have printed for the last 90 days. Just have to change the Period box to what you want to show.

Where was the "Order Details" page shipped?
Perhaps you printed the FedEx before you received payment with the intended address?

Thank you for replying to my post. You are God sent!
I wasn't able to pull up and view the original shipping label but I was able to view the packing slip and as I suspected, it was label with his old address. Now the question is, "When did he change the address in his profile?".
Again I appreciate you,
Connie
