On items I've purchased from China, Every seller until recently posted a tracking number when an item ships. Sometimes it says "This is an Untracked Service". These numbers typically begin with ID or occaisanally LW. Tracked items begin with LK. I purchased 2 items from 2 different sellers,(I personally believe its the same person with 2 accounts), recently, and the seller claimed he was losing money and could not send it even Untracked. He posted NO Number, just that the item was shipped. When I inquired about the item or a number associated with it both sellers had the same reply, "if I didn't like the shipping method they would cancel the sale and refund my money. Was wondering do any of you believe these items will arrive ? Or will the seller since there is absolutely no way to know if the item was shipped through China post or Winit, will the seller even ship the item and with no acknowledgement of even "untracked" shipping, will he just state they must have been lost in the mail and I wasted my time and am out the money for 5 or 6 weeks?

Depends on if you really want the items or not. If you do, then wait until after the last estimated delivery date. At that point, open a case for item not received. If you don't care whether or not you receive them, tell the sellers to cancel and refund.

Tracking is for the seller to prove delivery. Chinas tracking codes often do not work in ebays system so they are moot point.
You have the ebay MBG and can not file a claim until after the last expected delivery date for item not received.

If the seller marked it shipped, but still offered to refund, I would assume it wasn't getting shipped. I would tell them to go ahead and refund me.

I purchase my hyaluronic acid items from China - depending on the seller, some come with tracking and some don't. I had an order back in January that did not arrive by the estimated date w/no tracking. I contacted the seller and she asked me to give it a bit more time - no item 😞 so I purchased from another site wish dot com - both orders arrived within days of each other (thank GAWD).
Sometimes, items arrive on time or before the estimated date when purchasing on here. On wish dot com, I have to pay for shipping (minimal amount), but the items arrive before or on time. This is just my experience when ordering from China/Thailand. Under normal circumstances, with the tracking number, most are not updated until it reaches the USA. I sign up for email notifications and it works out well for me (when the tracking number is given) - w/o the tracking, I've waited for the arrival and 9 times out of 10 - it has worked in my favor. Just my two (2) cents
ps: I will continue to purchase my hyaluronic acid products from China until the current admin stops it - it is my new pleasure 🙂
off to bed - hope this helps

After the dog food poisoning and the baby food poisoning, I might be a tad cautious about ordering items that go in my mouth or on my skin.
I can't wait until the current administration renegotiates trade agreements with China.... I'm almost giddy thinking about it.

"Wondering what the community thinks"
I can't imagine buying anything from China and putting it on my face! I frankly don't want to take that kind of physical risk!
They are notorious for using chemicals that can kill dogs & babies for Pete sake!
To both of the posters here that are buying from China: QUIT BUYING FROM CHINA. It rarely works out well.

I remember the dog food poisoning but not the baby food, but before I became hooked on it, I tested on my arm and waited a few days before I started to use it daily.
