Won't let me enter tracking information

As if it isn't enough that eBay is gouging everyone with these fees especially for jewelry, you can't get a hold of a live person to try to resolve something and when you do it's more than 35 minutes on hold or with somebody who says they're brand new and doesn't know how to help you. My latest issue is I shipped an item I have the tracking number but because I refunded the spiers shipping there's no way to enter the tracking information. I already sent the information to the buyer via contact the buyer and he's happy as a clam because the item is already been shipped and today it arrived by him. Contacted eBay so this doesn't show as another negative that I'm not meeting uploading tracking information and or shipping on time and they don't know how to fix it. Three different people on the line over 49 minutes this time and they just left me on hold after the third person who couldn't figure it out and just never picked up. There has to be a way to enter tracking information in this person kept asking me where did you purchase your labels and I kept saying they're my only labels they just wouldn't accept the fact that I already had shipped it and that they had the checking information right in front of me. I'm really regretting coming back to eBay for the past 2 months and I'm already taking my items elsewhere

Have you tried posting this on the Shipping board?

I only ask as perhaps others are having this same glitch right now, or they have found a work-around?

I buy my labels on e-Bay and it uploads my tracking and I have not had any recent issues, but my guess is there is a solution to your issue and maybe the regulars on the shipping board could assist?

I, too, am regretting starting to sell again on eBay. Things have changed. I have been a member since before it was eBay, joined in August 1996. I am not a business, yet eBay deems it necessary to collect tax. eBay used to be a lot easier to use. I can't even talk to a human customer service agent. What the hell happened?!

I don't let eBay print my shipping labels. I use Stamps.com and have been since beta testing it before it became a thing. That is where eBay is shafting me. Can't enter tracking number so I just emailed it to the buyer. Can't mark it as shipped, either. Bah humbug!
