Hi.
I had sold an item and was shipping it internationally through Ebay's Global Shipping Program. The package got lost in the mail on the way to the hub in Illinois. I had opened a missing mail case with the USPS at the time; but they didn't find the package at the time. The customer rightly opened an Item Not Received Case and I refunded him the money at that time.
Now on Sunday, the package was located and was delivered to the EIS hub today. Since there was a case opened and closed after a refund, will the EIS see that and ship the package back to me. Or do I need to contact Ebay or someone to make sure that it is shipped back to me and not to the refunded customer?

I am in this same situation and about to issue a refund. I wonder what will happen if item is found?
