Filling an order.

I just got out of the hospital. Wont you know an email confirms a sale, and funds sent to my bank. It will take me 3 or 4 days to fill an order, and it will probably be a couple of days late. I called eBay but they don't have an antidote. I don't want to lose the sale, and I don't want to disappoint the buyer.  What to do?

Likely the buyer is already a bit disappointed about a Mar 10th sale that has not updated, or arrived.

1st is to contact the buyer to let them know what is going on and that you will give it your utmost attention.

It is already late with eBay.

You called eBay -- what about calling the buyer and falling all over yourself apologizing and explaining?

Instead of being here asking, you should be knocking yourself out to get that package into the mail.

Just had heart surgery. I'm 91 YO. Have already contacted the buyer.

Not much more you can do until you can ship.

You already got a defect for late shipping.

Hope the buyer doesn't file an INR before you can get it shipped.
