The program changes and rules are overwhelming. Looking for 25 words or less, general advice.
I'm 72 and not a business. I switch between Business and Simple listings for easiest effort.

Are you asking why some of your listing don’t show eIS?
If your listing title says “Lot of” those listings won’t be sold through eIS. Remove those words from the title to be sold through eIS. Use “collection of” instead.

I gave you a helpful, even though you went over 25 words when instructed not to do that. 🙂

When did you make that instruction?

This question has nothing to do with my listings.
My question is, "Why not offer EIS international shipping on everything I list which now is domestic only?" in other words.

I didn't. In his original post the OP said he is looking for advice in 25 words or less. I was just trying to make a joke. Hence the smiley face. Guess it was not understood. My bad. Won't happen again.

Looks like there is no obvious Yes or No answer...
Wonder what the main problems are...

There is a table comparing 3 different eBay international shipping systems and the EIS was all Yes Positive Checkmarks. And yet.... still no recommendations to offer internat for every listing.

@ebooksdiva Told you what the problem most likely is, and how to correct it. Did you not read their response?

Because there are other shipping options available that cost a lot less money than EIS.

Are you referring to this one:
"Are you asking why some of your listing don’t show eIS?

I have no idea what that response is talking about:

Why are you talking about my postings? This question has nothing to do with any postings. It's about "should I offer EIS for all my postings?" which could be a very bad idea which is why I'm asking here.
Better restatement: "Would adding EIS to all listings increase potential for drama?" I am willing to accept NO increase in drama.

EIS is the only International Shipping option I offer.
It is as close to no hassle that I have ever encountered.
I am older than you are. I do not need any extra grief.
If EIS does not support shipping the item to the destination country, the buyer is not offered it. I can live with that.
EIS protects against lost shipments, damaged shipments after they leave the country, and a variety of buyer fraud.
I do not want to do any more work to offer another less protected form of shipping to international buyers. I don't want to learn about customs regs and duty in other countries. I want to list, sell, collect my money and ship.
It is more than 25 words in this post but the pluses associated with EIS are well worth the extra words.

Sounds like a Yes to me.
Do you allow ALL countries: specifically Africa and also S. America and Asia?
